Blue Monday - Handmade Gift Tags
I love making my own gift tags. I have been making them for years now. I love that special touch they bring to my gifts.
Here are some gift tags that I have made recently that are Blue! I am getting all ready and starting early making all my own Christmas gift tags!
I also like to make my own tags for gifts throughout the year too. I keep them on hand and whenever I need one I have one! Of course, all these have lots of blue too!
All these tags are also listed in my Green Acres Cottage Etsy Store.

I Have A New Grand Baby!
I am so excited because I have a new Grand baby. Her name is Piper Ann and she belongs to my son Jimmy and his wonderful wife Courtney. She was born yesterday and I was able to come up to Utah and be here for the happy occasion. I have been babysitting her big sister this week.
I took this picture today at the hospital when she finally decided to open her eyes

Pink Saturday - Pink Vintage Planters
Today is Pink Saturday again. I haven't posted anything all week long since the last Pink Saturday.
I have been busy all week looking for Charlie the Turtle. Someone (now I am not pointing any fingers) left our gate open and he went out and got lost. I have been spending hours everyday looking for him and I am so happy to say I found him today at the Animal Shelter! Now I can get back to regular life!
Today for Pink Saturday I am going to post pictures of some really cute Pink Vintage Planters. I love collecting them and I find them on Ebay. They are so much better priced on Ebay then in a Antique Store.
Look at these pretty Pink ladies!

I am weak for vintage earrings and jewels and I just happen across this lady on Etsy named Michelle that takes vintage jewels and vintage earrings and turns them into the cutest magnets! Check out her Etsy store here, its called Blingnets and here are some pictures of what she did with some Pink Earrings and Jewels! Please go visit Ms Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for more Pink Saturday Posts!

It's Starting to Look Like Fall at the Green Acres
Even though the weather is still in the 90s, today is the first day of October and I thought I would get the Fall Decorations out and decorate before it's to late!
I love those vintage like paper mache statues and pumpkins for Halloween! I have decorated the top of my fireplace with some of them I have collected through the years.
Here is a close up shot of them
I love this Fall Centerpiece. On this stand, it is almost as tall as me!One of my Rooster/Chickens Fall Centerpieces is in the Living Room and my husband hasn't noticed yet! (He had told me, no chickens or rooster out of the kitchen...teehee)Well, now it's off to decorate my front porch and put up the graveyard in the front yard!
