Pink Saturday at Anne Fannie's

Today is Pink Saturday! This is my contribution to pink things today!

Last Monday would have been my parent's 59th wedding anniversary. This decanter and shot glass was one of their wedding gifts they received. Its a very pretty dark pink color glass with gold trim.

Here are some pink roses from my garden

Thank you for visiting my blog this Pink Saturday. Please go on over to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound and view other Pink participates!

Happy Pink Saturday, Ann. You always share the most gorgeous blooms, and they always make me smile.

Anne Fannie, the dark pink glass is called cranberry glass. It is very collectible and a true treasure from your parents wedding gifts. And now those roses. I love them so much. My dream is to plant some climbing roses here on my mountain. Next spring I guess. Think pink.

Hugs, Jeanne

I forgot to mention how I love your cup and saucer garden art. So sweet.
And yeah, you need to take a picture of that candy. We are a little nuts aren't we. But that is what makes this blogging so much fun. We can express ourselves.

Did you read my dairy post of a couple of days ago? It says it all.
I left a comment on your vintage plate post. smile...Jeanne

I love the decanter. I gave my parents one very similar for their anniversary many years ago.

Hi AnneFannie, Loved your decanter and the gorgeous tray it's sitting on. I missed Pink Saturday because of the hurricane....knocked out my internet service and still having problems. Been working on the swap and will be mailing yours soon. :)
