This is my first participation in Blue Mondays. It sounded like fun so I thought I would try it this Monday!
We have a vacation home on the Colorado River in Parker, Arizona. One of our guest bedrooms is called the Americana Room or the Red, White and Blue Room! I thought I would post pictures of that room. All our friends love to stay in that room!
Everything is colored Red, White and Blue. Most of the wall decor are things I have made including some of the pillows on the bed
Even the light and electrical switch plates are Red, White and Blue themed.
Above the windows I have made a cute window curtain swag out of Red, White and Blue material and garland. It goes in and out of Red, White and Blue roofed Birdhouses!
One of the other things all the guests love about this room is this is what they look at when they look out the windows, a beautiful Blue Colorado River flowing by!

Well hello Anne, thanks for coming by today. I believe we do have a lot in common. You will definitely have to go to Thanksgiving Point when you come to Utah. Sat. was the first time I've been there and I was very impressed. They say the tulip festival in the spring is to die for. You can rent a golf cart and that way you can see a lot more in a shorter time. How many of your kids live in Utah? We're up in Davis County. We lived in Calif. until the mister retired a few years ago. I still have a daughter in the San Diego area. Well, so very glad to meet you. Stop by anytime. Mimi
Cute room! I spotted Raggedy Ann instantly! Hope you had a Happy Blue Monday! ~ Robyn
