ITS FUN BEING GRANDMA

This past week I have been babysitting my sweet grand daughter Harper while her parents have been in Hawaii. It has been so much fun spending quality time with her since she lives in Utah and I live in California. We went to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm to name a few!

She Loved helping Grandma do gardening........or maybe it was driving the golf cart!

She just loved going swimming in Grandma's swimming pool too!

Buster was a really good sport too letting her push him around in a stroller....

He was really happy to see her leave though.................

She enjoyed so much feeding the Koi fish every day!

As my son and his sweet wife and my little darling grand daughter left this morning with their drive back to Utah, as I watched them drive away with a truck load full of stuff.....I couldn't help to think that they must be thinking of the plaque I have in my house........

Oh Ann, Harper is so darling and what fun you two had together! Looks like Buster was spoiled by Harper! Way cool, Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm!!! Did you have a chicken dinner, rolls and a piece of boysenberry pie?! Now when do we go?!

Grandchildren are a bit of heaven here on earth!

Love,
Maryjane

Looks like you have been having fun and making some wonderful memories for your little one! How cute.

Oh, Rogers Gardens is right by Fashion Island on Mac Arthur. You must go! Even if it's just to walk around. It's so pretty. At Christmas time it's really done up pretty.

Hey, do you want to get together with some other fellow bloggers one day for lunch or tea downtown Orange? I'm trying to get a group together.

Let me know.

Hugs,
Joanne

I showed Harper the pictures and she loved it. She said her favorites things were swimming and chasing the cat. No surprise there :-)

Such a darling granddaughter! Aren't they hte best? I do love having the girls over--for hours or days! Looks like she made the most of her time. Don't they seem more energetic than even our own kids were?
Love the sign! Thank goodness no one believes that!

I just keep looking at your blog.
I have fallen in love with your mosaic creations and love this sign. I look forward to having grandchildren. I just can't seem to talk my children into it yet.
