Today for Pink Saturday I am posting pictures of a set of Vintage Pillow cases I have just recently purchased on Etsy. They are in excellent condition with the prettiest pink hand made embroidery on them.
I just love all the pretty detailed work done on them! Someone put alot of time in making these!

These are gorgeous ! I think that is called Tatting! My mom tried to show me how to do this many years ago but I was in fear of losing my vision if I pursued this craft! Lol!!

The pillowcases are just lovely.
My mother-in-law said years ago that tatting was taught to all little girls around 8 yrs old. It's so beautiful.
