Blue Monday - Blue Hydrangeas

Sweet Sally over at Smiling Sally's Blog has Blue Monday every Monday.
Come and join us, its fun!

I love Hydrangeas! They come in a variety of colors, but did you know that if you add Aluminum Sulfate to your soil or keep your PH of the soil around 5.2 - 5.5, your pink Hydrangeas will turn BLUE?

Now is the perfect time to get your soil ready for pretty summer Blue blooms!

  8. Oh WOW yours are GORGEOUS!! I planted two Nikko Blue hydrangeas at the end of the summer last year. I was hoping I could keep them alive in the HOT, HOT weather. I did and they are now full of green leaves. I hope I have them in the right area and they will bloom....they may be in too much shade. I can't wait to see.

Hope you have a wonderful day.♥
