Show and Tell Friday

Today is Show and Tell Friday so I thought I would show you one of my Fall Decorations which is very easy to make and also some of my Fall decorations on my Fireplace Mantel!

The base is a metal plant stand, or you could use a fall looking vase, then on top of that is a artificial pumpkin with the top cut off, then you put Styrofoam inside that to hold all the fall flowers and plants, then you drape it with fall garland!

I used Weldbond glue, the same glue I use in my mosaics to glue the pumpkin to the base. It is very sturdy!

This is a close up of the base

This is a closeup of the top

Here's the inspector giving his approval

Here is a shot of my whole fireplace area in the Grand RoomHere is a close up of my Mantle where I have my collection of ceramic fall pumpkins If you click here and go on over to Kelli's House you can see some more great Show and Tell Posts!
